No. A static QR code contains the data inside the square itself. There is no lookup, no redirect and no subscription that can lapse. It keeps working even if this site disappears entirely.

No. Codes are generated in your browser — open the network tab while you type and you will not see it leave the page. That is also why the generator works with the network off. If you have accepted analytics, you will see occasional page-view pings, but those never carry what you typed.

Not today. Scan tracking requires a dynamic code — a short redirect URL that reports back — and that means the code depends on a service staying online. We would rather add that as a clearly-labelled option than make every code fragile by default.

Yes. QR code technology is patent-free and unencumbered, and we place no restriction on the codes you generate. Print them on products, menus, packaging or signage.

No, and there is no way to make one yet. Codes you generate are saved in your browser's own storage on this device.

Almost always size, contrast, or the quiet zone. The code needs a blank margin, strong dark-on-light contrast, and roughly a tenth of the reading distance in width. Printing a small PNG scaled up is another common cause — use the vector export for print.

No. UPI codes here are upi://pay deep links, which is what an individual or small merchant wants for scan-to-pay. Bharat QR is an EMVCo format whose merchant identifiers are issued by acquiring banks, so it cannot be generated self-serve.

If a code you generated does not scan somewhere it should, that is the most valuable thing you can tell us — include the type and the device, since scanner behaviour varies a lot between platforms.
